Vintage Renwal Plastic Doll House Items Manufactured in the 1940’s and 1950’s This Renwal trash can has the word “GARBAGE” embossed on the lid It has a pedal that opens and closes the lid just like a real one. The decal on the front is very nice. This piece measures 1 inch tall closed. I have more doll house items listed, so please take a look. MARX Tin Litho DOLL HOUSE w/ Furniture & Dolls Available for your consideration is a vintage MARX Doll House made of tin with a plastic roof, a mixed lot of 37 pieces of furniture and 5 dolls. Condition:Furniture: The furniture is in decent condition; I’m not sure if it is all by Marx. Some of the legs of the tables and chairs are bent.Dolls: The dolls are not in great condition, as shown in the photos, and I’m not sure if they’re by Marx. Some were received with home-made clothing and I have left it on. The girl’s neck is torn (but still attached) and the boy has been drawn on. I haven’t tried to clean up the dolls.House: The lithos on the house are in good shape. As you can tell from the photos the house does have some structural issues. The corners of the plastic roof are chipped; the front door and one front window are missing, as is the chimney. There are some small rust spots, mostly at the joints, and I’ve only given it a wipe-down so the new owner might want to give it a more careful cleaning. I’ve included pictures lots of pictures so please take a good look before bidding to make sure this is the doll house for you. Despite it’s imperfections, it’s still a pretty cool old toy and perhaps someone will have the expertise to give it a second life! Please note the shipping calculator is providing an estimate only, based on the size of the assembled house, as I’m not sure whether this doll house can (and should) be disassembled for shipping.
